Andy Slawson

CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Andy has over 43 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, managing his own business since 1997. As a QS, he delivered major construction projects in the petrochemical, nuclear and power generation sectors. Over the last 30 years his focus and expertise has been in property compliance. Andy has an outstanding record of delivering practical operational solutions to complex compliance challenges.

Trevor Fuller

DIVISIONAL MANAGER – HEALTH & SAFETY PROJECTS

BA (Hons), CMIOSH, EnvDipNEBOSH

Trevor has  over 25 years’ experience in the health and safety field. He has a wealth of experience in a vast number of sectors, including Property Management, Engineering & Building Services.

Trevor has previously been the health & safety advisor to a major plc, health and safety manager at a nation supplies company and has worked as a freelance  consultantant across the UK.

Alison Kelly

ACCOUNT & MARKETING MANAGER

BSc. Dms.  MCIM

Alison joined the company in 2016 and has over 25 years marketing experience working in the public and private sectors.  Alison leads on marketing activity, KPIs and business development, as a member of the Management Board.

She manages the accounts of some of our most valued clients including the succesful adoption of our Compliance Management Solution Procomply.

BOHS P402 P405 FPA Fire Risk Assessment & Advanced Fire Risk Assessment

James has been with the company full time since 2009 and has been leading the fire division since 2015. James is also an experienced Asbestos Surveyor.

Currently in his 4th year of study for his Fire Engineering BENG (HONS) at UCLAN a recognised Centre of Excellence.

Bsc.    MWM.Soc

Ant joined the team in December 2022 With 25 years experience in science, finance and IT sectors.

He transferred his skills into a career in Legionella in 2018 an now has a wealth of experience with cooling, process & domestic water systems.

Craig Phillips

SURVEYOR (HEALTH & SAFETY, FIRE RISK & ASBESTOS)

NEBOSH National Cert Fire Safety & Risk Management

BOHS P402   FPA Fire Risk Assessment

Craig is a qualified H&S and  Fire Risk Assessor. He also qualified in Spring 2017 as an Asbestos Surveyor (P402). Craig  has over 10 years’ experience working in the property compliance sector working  in the Health & Safety,  Fire Risk and Asbestos Fields.

He is  now established in the H&S team working with Trevor on our UK wide contracts.

BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma

Sarah is the go to person for all things admin. She joined the company seven years ago and is the first point of contact for most of our clients and stakeholders. Sarah continues to develop her skills and has recently completed her AA level 2 Accountancy qualification.

Wayne has over 25 years’ experience working in the asbestos industry both in the UK and Europe, supervising teams of 2 to 20 operatives.

He has a vast experience of licensed and unlicensed remediation works and has worked over 6 years with ASAP.

Architectural Design & Technology

Neil joined in 2019 having  graduated in Architectural Design and Technology in 2019.

Prior to his degree Neil had over 20 year’s management and surveying experience at National Level and leads the team on our latest product Composite Panels.

Colin Johnson

Level 4 Cert in Fire Safety

Associate member of IFE

Colin joined in September 2021 following a 23 year career in the RAF Fire & Rescue service.

An experienced trainer, Colin has strengthened the Fire Safety Team, carrying out both risk assessments and training.

Mark joined the team in 2020 to help to manage the expanding client base in London.

Highly experienced in facilities and safety management, Mark has worked in the Education sector and Prison Service

Level 3 Cert in Fire Safety

Adrian joined ASAP Comply in September 2022, having spent the last 10 years working in Afghanistan.

An ex-Military & Civilian Firefighter, he brings with him over 30yrs experience in Fire Safety and Fire Investigation.

Currently undertaking his Level 4 Risk Assessor qualification.

Daniel joined the team in June 2022. He is the go to person for technical drawings which are used for Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos Surveys and Compartmentation Reports.

Phil joined the team in April 2019. With over 25 years experience implementing robust QHSE  management systems and processes. With experience in many sectors, Phil is an excellent addition to the team. He will also be leading on Quality for IsoComply Ltd our sister company.

Wayne Ross

SENIOR FIRE RISK ASSESSOR

Level 4 Cert in Fire Safety

Wayne is the newest member of the team having joined in November 2022, following a 20 year career in the RAF Fire Service.

An experience trainer, wayne has worked as a fire fighter and commanded fire crews.

Colin Edwards

Senior IT Developer

Colin is the lead developer on ASAP’s Property compliance system ProComply.

Colin also works on our internal management systems, databases and programme management.

Admin Assistant (PT)

Admin joined the team in 2021 and now works in the admin team and with ProComply

Abi is also studying for a BSc at Liverpool University so fits in her admin support around her studies.
