Fire Risk Improvement Works

Fire Risk Assessments and Periodic Inspections both identify shortcomings, hazards and risks at a premises which should be remedied / mitigated as soon as is reasonably practicable. These issues are, within the ASAP Comply Fire Risk Assessment Report, categorized into short, medium and long term actions depending on the level of risk and how quickly an issue needs to be dealt with.

ASAP Comply provide a fire risk management service to manage these improvement works. All works are quoted as fixed price items and improvement works are programmed in with our client’s agreement. These works range from the addition of new fire safety signage to the installation of full alarm systems.

Fire Prevention

Services include:

Provision of a Health and Safety Log book for managing and recording weekly and monthly tests and/or six monthly fire drills.
Repairs or replacement of fire rated doors, door ironmongery and fittings, fire rated glass, walls and floors no longer offering sufficient fire protection.
Fire Door signage.
Portable Appliance Testing.
5 year periodic Electrical Testing and Category 1, 2 & 3 repairs.
In-situ fire training designed individually for each client at each location.

Fire Detection & Escape

Services include:

Complete Fire Alarm Systems.
Additional Auto Detection, dual Audible and/or Visual Sounders, Emergency Lights, Break Glass Call Points
Marking of fire routes internally and externally include stair nosing’s.
Fire Signage.
Identification and fitting of refuges.
Supply and fitting of evacuation chairs.
