Alison joined the company in 2016 and has over 30 years management experience working in the public and private sectors. Alison leads on marketing activity, KPIs and business development, as a member of the Management Board.
Alison became CEO in July 2023 and manages the accounts of some of our most valued clients including the successful adoption of our Compliance Management Solution Procomply.
Gavin Brown

Gavin has over 20 years’ experience working within Health and Safety and Security of larger corporations.
A former Royal Marines Commando, his advanced leadership training has stood him in excellent stead to becoming Company Operations Director expanding his role to become a leading member of ASAP’s team shortly after the acquisition.
Gary Bryan

Gary joined the ASAP team in March 2023. He brings with him a wealth of experience with over 35 years of experience working within the water industry, from a wide range of sectors including residential, retail, health and energy.
Gary is a Member of the Water Management Society.
Wayne Ross
SENIOR FIRE RISK ASSESSOR
Level 4 Cert in Fire Safety
Wayne joined in November 2022, following a 20 year career in the RAF Fire Service.
An experience trainer, Wayne has worked as a fire fighter and commanded fire crews.
Wayne is a Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor, Advanced Fire Door Inspector and he is currently undertaking his Level 4 Diploma. He is a member of the IFSM.
Chenenne Turnbull

Chenenne has experience in a number of sectors including property, constructions, manufacturing and schools. An experienced trainer and mentor enjoys developing a positive health and wellbeing culture within organisations.
Chenenne holds a Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Occupational H&S Practice.

Mark joined the team in 2020 to help to manage the expanding client base in London.
Highly experienced in facilities and safety management, Mark has worked in the Education sector and Prison Service. Mark is a member of NAFDI.
Wayne Burrows

Wayne has over 30 years experience as an Asbestos Surveyor 15 of which have been with ASAP Comply.
He is able to offer asbestos surveying services across the UK including Asbestos Management surveys, Asbestos Reinspections, Remediation Surveys and Asbestos Demolition Surveys.
Daniel Murphy

Daniel joined the Hamilton Deed Team in 2024 after completing his outstanding academic higher education.
His excellent IT skills with his formidable attention to detail have resulted in his rapid promotion to Head of Administration where he helps colleagues and clients with accounts and cloud-based health & Safety technologies, extending his remit to ASAP Comply in April 2026.
Emma Green

Level 4 Award in Food Safety Management in Manufacturing and Catering
Emma joined ASAP’s team in April 2026 and is the go to person for programming and customer support.
She provides many clients with expert technical support through their own Health and Safety Accreditations including SSIP, CHAS, SafeContractor and Food Hygiene Certificates.
