Hamilton Deed Expands its Range with Strategic Acquisition of ASAP Comply

1st April 2026 – Hamilton Deed Limited, a leading UK health and safety business, announced today its acquisition of the entire share capital of ASAP Comply Limited, a specialised provider of property compliance services. This strategic acquisition provides a “one stop shop” adding fire risk assessments, fire door surveys, legionella risk assessments, asbestos surveys, fire compartmentation surveys, energy audits and certificates, and disability access & equality audits for properties to the range of workplace health and safety services currently provided by Hamilton Deed.
