Fire Risk Assessments
ASAP Comply provide a comprehensive Fire Risk Assessment service and our reports comply with PAS79 (Chief Fire Officers Association recommended format) as recommended by the Home Office and HSE.
Our experienced team have inspected thousands of different premises, each with their own fire safety risk challenges arising from the structure of the building to the need for effective day to day operations. Our fire safety risk assessments include photographs with links and reference to a CAD drawn building floor plan, along with existing Fire Fittings (existing and missing).
Our reports follow the 5 step risk assessment process recommended by the Home Office and Health and Safety Executive (HSE):
- Identify the fire hazards.
- Identify people at risk.
- Evaluate, remove or reduce the risks.
- Record your findings, prepare an emergency plan and provide training.
- Review and update the fire risk assessment regularly.
