We are Recruiting – Building Surveyor/Inspector

The ideal candidate is a building surveyor with a good working knowledge of building compliance used to hands on inspection of client premises / common areas to maintain and manage compliance within each premises.

Responsibilities

• Carry out monthly property surveys on client premises within the M25 circle
• Complete survey forms, highlight and escalate issues which need dealing with
• Expand knowledge and learning into other areas of compliance covered by the business i.e., FIRE Risk
• Provide CAD drawings of each premises with updates clearly marked and identified

Qualifications

• Building diploma or degree
• 5 years’ minimum relevant work experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Self starter able to work under own supervision or as part of a team.
